23.12.503    OUTDOOR DISPLAY OF FIREWORKS

(1) Unless prohibited by local ordinance, supervised public displays of fireworks shall be conducted in accordance with 50-37-107, MCA, and applicable local ordinances. Where no local ordinance is in effect, the governing body of the city, town, or county shall be notified at least 15 days in advance of any outdoor display.
