23.16.504 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANTS, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE REQUIRED (1) The department may require access to all of the applicant's financial records which pertain to the financing of the proposed operation, to evaluate statements and support documentation supplied with the background application form.
