23.3.205 FEES FOR DRIVER REHABILITATION PROGRAM A person referred to the Driver Rehabilitation Program shall pay $50 to defray the cost of the program. This fee covers the cost of referrals to defensive driving or alcohol school. All other costs of referrals must be paid by the participant.
