23.8.201 DEFINITIONS (1) "Certified PSAP" means a local or tribal government entity that hosts a public safety answering point certified by the department as provided in ARM 2.13.304. (2) "Local government" means the same as defined in 7-11-1002(2), MCA. (3) "PSAP" means a public safety answering point as defined in 10-4-101, MCA. (4) "PSAP certification requirements" means the requirements of Title 10, chapter 4, MCA, and ARM Title 2, chapter 13, subchapter 3. (5) "Tribal government" means any one of the seven federally recognized tribal governments of Montana and the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
