42.19.102 COMMERCIAL APPRAISAL FIRMS (1) In order to comply with the provisions of 15-1-201 and 15-7-103 , MCA, all contracts for reappraisal or reclassification between commercial appraisal firms or individuals and the various counties of this state must be approved by the department.
