8.2.107    EXCEPTION – ALL DIVISIONS, BOARDS, OR ADVISORY COUNCILS – TRANSCRIPTS OR MINUTES

(1) ARM 1.3.207(2) (a) (x) provides that a verbatim or minute record must be made of a rulemaking hearing. For the purposes of the department of commerce, and all of its divisions, boards, or advisory councils, the model provision is modified as follows: any person who has been a party or witness at a hearing held by the department of commerce or any of its divisions, boards or advisory councils, and who requests an official transcript or copy of the minutes of such hearing, will be provided with a copy of the transcript or minutes, the cost of which is to be paid by the requesting party or witness.
