37.34.1945 MEDICAID AND COMMUNITY SERVICES CHILDREN'S AUTISM PROGRAM 0667: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, REQUIREMENTS (1) Occupational therapy must meet the requirements for occupational therapy services required by ARM 37.86.606, except that under the Medicaid home and community services program: (a) maintenance therapy is reimbursable and there are no limitations on visits for maintenance therapy; (b) training for persons providing direct care is reimbursable; and (c) participation in the interdisciplinary team planning process is reimbursable. (2) Occupational therapy is considered an ancillary service. The sum of all ancillary service costs may not exceed $4,000 annually.
