23.3.146 DRIVERS OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES (1) The Uniform Vehicle Code exempts drivers of government vehicles from the requirement of obtaining state driver licenses for the purpose of operating government vehicles. However, this shall not apply to a government employee operating a vehicle not owned or leased by the United States government. |
