38.2.2106    STATEMENT OF SATISFACTION OF COMPLAINT

(1) If the defendant desires to satisfy the complaint, he shall submit to the commission and to the complainant within the time allowed for satisfaction or answer a statement of satisfaction consisting of a recitation of the relief which he is willing to give. Complainant must, in writing, accept or reject defendant's statement of satisfaction within 15 days from the date the statement of satisfaction was postmarked or from the date complainant actually received defendant's statement of satisfaction (if personally served) . Upon acceptance of this offer by the complainant with the approval of the commission, no further proceeding need be taken.
