38.5.124    WORKING PAPERS -- PLANT ADDITION AND RETIREMENT FOR TEST PERIOD

(1) Working papers shall show major production and transmission plant addition and retirement projects for the test period, brief descriptions thereof, approximate dates of commercial operation or retirement from service, and cost.
