12.7.1001 DEFINITIONS (1) For purposes of this section, the following definitions apply: (a) "Roe" means paddlefish eggs removed from the fish prior to processing; (b) "Caviar" means roe washed, screened, cooled and salted; (c) "Processing" means the washing, screening, cooling and salting of roe.
