18.12.701 OPERATING RULES AND REGULATIONS (1) Because the publication of operating rules of the Yellowstone Airport at West Yellowstone, Montana, would be unduly cumbersome, expensive or otherwise inexpedient, the department consents to the omission of the text of the rules from the code. Such rules may be obtained free of charge from the Division of Aeronautics, 2630 Airport Road, Helena, Montana 59620.
