2.59.306 RECORDS OF LICENSEE (1) Each licensee shall continuously maintain a record of the current total of Montana consumer loan notes receivable that were originated at or from each of the licensee's licensed business locations. The original source documents supporting the total must be available for examination by the department at that licensed business location or submitted to the department at the department's direction.
