2.65.406 DELAY OF REPATRIATION FOR SCIENTIFIC STUDY (1) If the hearing examiner determines that a possessing entity has provided evidence supporting a good faith effort regarding scientific study, the hearing examiner shall provide a reasonable period of delay, not to exceed 12 months from the date of the hearing examiner's order, to allow completion of the study before repatriation.
