20.7.503 DETERMINATION OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (1) The department shall determine that within the city, town, or county being considered, there are available to the offenders: (a) appropriate mental health and chemical dependency services; (b) adequate job opportunities as determined by appropriate state agencies; (c) opportunities for basic education, GED, technical training, and post secondary education; and (d) opportunities for volunteer and community service.
