23.15.308 CONTRIBUTION (1) Under 53-9-125 , MCA, a victim contributed to the infliction of death or bodily injury with respect to which a claim is made if the victim's actions are causally connected to the resulting injuries and such injuries were reasonably foreseeable at the time of his or her contributing actions.
