23.16.1212 PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTING CASH AT THE POKER TABLE (1) Each dealer who receives currency from a player at a poker table for exchange for poker chips shall observe the following procedures and requirements: (a) The currency must be spread on the top of the poker table by the dealer accepting it, in full view of the player who presented it.
