23.16.2301 DEFINITIONS For the purposes of ARM 23.16.2302 through 23.16.2306, the following definitions apply: (1) "Electronic live bingo or keno equipment" means an electronic device or system that uses a microprocessor to generate random numbers during a live bingo or keno game. (2) "Manufacturer" means a manufacturer of electronic live bingo or keno equipment as defined in ARM 23.16.101.
