24.171.407 INSPECTION (1) Inspections of outfitter and guide operations may be made by a representative of the board at all reasonable times. The purpose of the inspection is to periodically examine the premises, equipment, and/or procedures of a licensed individual to determine whether the individual's practice is being conducted in a manner consistent with the laws and rules of the board, and the public health, safety and welfare.
