24.210.1031 TIMESHARE CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS (1) It shall be a condition of registration that the registrant assures purchasers quiet enjoyment of the timeshare unit by providing satisfactory guarantee to the purchaser that all promises made that are yet to be performed or remain executory are covered by a performance bond, a trust, an escrow, or similar arrangement.
