24.29.2373 ADDITION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERS (1) The MCO shall certify to the department that each additional member meets all the licensing requirements necessary to practice in Montana. (2) The MCO, upon termination of an individual member, shall: (a) make alternate arrangements to provide continuing medical services for any injured worker affected by the termination; and (b) promptly replace any terminated member, when necessary, to maintain an adequate number of medical providers in each type of health care service as provided in the managed care plan.
