32.24.460 PRODUCER MILK TESTING ASSESSMENT (1) An assessment is hereby levied on licensed producers in the amount of no cents ($0.00) per hundredweight on the total volume of all milk subject to the Act sold by a producer for the purpose of securing the necessary funds to conduct a program of testing raw milk, as required by 81-23-105, MCA.
