32.3.1403 A REPORTABLE DISEASE (1) All laboratories conducting EIA tests on Montana origin equids and all veterinarians who diagnose EIA in Montana equids shall report positive results of all EIA tests and diagnoses to the department of livestock within one working day of such test or diagnosis.
