32.3.1404 RETESTING OF REACTOR HORSES (1) The department of livestock may require or recommend a retest of an EIA reactor to confirm infection or identification of the animal. In cases where a confirmatory test is conducted, the final determination of infection shall be delayed until the results of the confirmatory test are available. The animal on which a confirmatory test is to be conducted shall be placed under an official hold order until the results of the confirmatory test are available.
