36.19.306 APPLICATIONS AND RESULTS PUBLIC (1) Applications submitted to the department under the act and these rules are subject to public review, and the applicant waives any claim of confidentiality by filing an application with the department. This waiver requirement may be exempted on good cause shown by the applicant. (2) The results of all projects that are funded shall be made available to the public.
