36.20.203 LICENSE TERM AND RENEWAL (1) A licensee may apply to have its license renewed by submitting to the department a properly completed Form 671-N-278 and payment of the $100 license fee. An application for license renewal should be submitted to the department at least two months before the license expiration date.
