36.20.305 PERMIT APPLICATIONS - HEARINGS (1) Permit applicants shall be notified of any hearing at least two weeks prior to the hearing date. (2) The date, time, and place of the hearing will be included in the notice of intention required by ARM 36.20.302, as well as in any general news release the department may issue regarding the proposed operation.
