37.106.2502 RETIREMENT HOMES: APPLICATION OF OTHER RULES (1) To the extent that other licensure rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapters 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 14, 15, 22 and 23, conflict with the terms of this subchapter, the terms of this subchapter will apply to retirement homes.
