37.14.821 EQUIPMENT CONTROL: INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE: RADIOGRAPHIC EXPOSURE DEVICES AND STORAGE CONTAINERS (1) Each licensee shall conduct a program of at least quarterly inspection and maintenance of radiographic exposure devices and storage containers to assure proper functioning of components important to safety. All appropriate parts shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specification. (2) Records of inspection and maintenance shall be maintained for inspection by the department until it authorizes their disposal. (3) If any inspection conducted pursuant to this rule reveals damage to components critical to radiation safety, the device shall be removed from service until repairs have been made.
