37.2.710 THIRD PARTY RESOURCES (1) Applicable medicare, medicaid, or personal insurance or similar health care benefits shall be considered as a resource of the resident. (2) Upon verification of the receipt of third party payments made directly to a resident or financially responsible person, the department may enforce the automatic assignment of rights provided in 53-1-414 , MCA.
