37.40.1476 HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS: NUTRITION, REQUIREMENTS (1) Nutrition services are meals, congregate meals and home delivered meals as specified at ARM 37.41.302 including the meals on wheels program. (2) The requirements for the delivery of nutrition services as specified at ARM 37.41.306 through 37.41.315 govern the provision of nutrition services. (3) A full nutritional regimen of three meals a day may not be provided through this service.
