37.41.133 FOOD DISTRIBUTION RATIOS (1) The division shall distribute all food, cash or a combination of food and cash received from the United States Department of Agriculture through area agencies to nutrition service providers based on each provider's proportion of the total number of meals served in the state under the Older Americans Act.
