37.81.1012 PROCESSING MONTANA PHARMASSIST APPLICATIONS (1) The department or its designee will process PharmAssist Patient Packets on a first in first served basis using the date the complete package is received. (2) Authorized clients will be referred to a pharmacist for services. (3) Applicants failing to meet criteria defined in ARM 37.81.1009 will be notified in writing.
