37.111.516    SEWAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL

(1) In order to ensure sewage is completely and safely disposed of, a youth camp must utilize a sewage system which meets the standards contained in ARM 37.111.616.

(2) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference ARM 37.111.616, setting construction and operation requirements for sewage disposal systems. A copy of ARM 37.111.616 may be obtained from the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Health Policy and Services Division, Food and Consumer Safety Section, 1400 Broadway, P.O. Box 202951, Helena, Montana 59620-2951.
