38.2.1803    DEFAULT ORDERS

(1) The commission may, in its discretion, issue a notice which complies with the foregoing rule, and which affords interested persons an opportunity to request a hearing within a specified time.

(2) If no hearing is requested within the specified time, the commission may enter a default order which sets forth the material facts before the commission upon which its action is based.
