38.2.312 EXTENSIONS OF TIME (1) In the discretion of the commissioners or a hearing examiner, for good cause shown, any time limit prescribed by commission ruling or by these rules may be extended. All requests for extensions shall be made before the expiration of the period originally prescribed or as previously extended.
