38.5.1205    EXEMPTION: STANDBY CHARGES FOR INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS

(1) These rules shall apply to all requests for standby charges for residential and commercial classes of customers; these rules shall not apply to requests for standby charges for industrial customers.
