38.5.1504 INDIVIDUAL CONSUMPTION INFORMATION (1) Each electric utility, upon request of a consumer, shall deliver to the consumer a clear and concise written summary of the actual consumption of electric energy by the consumer during each billing period of the previous 12 months if such data is reasonably ascertainable by the utility.
