38.5.2722 FLEXIBLE PRICING FOR REGULATED TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE -- APPROVAL (1) The commission will approve or deny flexible pricing on a case-by-case basis considering all relevant factors. (2) Rate changes required to offset any reduction in revenues resulting from implementation of flexible pricing will only be considered in the context of a general rate proceeding.
