38.5.8607    ENERGY UTILITY PLANNED OUTAGES

(1) In the event that service must be interrupted for more than two hours for planned work on utility facilities or equipment, the work shall be done at a time which will cause minimal inconvenience to customers, including consideration of weather conditions.  The utility shall attempt to notify each affected customer at least 24 hours in advance of the interruption, either personally or, when personal notification would be impractical, by advance notice in local media outlets.
