4.10.403 CREDENTIALS (1) Certified farm applicators may request the department to issue credentials for two members of their immediate family or employees allowing them to purchase and use pesticides under the applicator's certificate and supervision. A person in possession of such credentials may only purchase restricted use pesticides for which the farm applicator is certified and may only use such pesticides upon lands owned, rented, or leased by the farm applicator.
