44.15.109 FEES FOR NOTARIAL ACTS (1) A notary public may charge an additional fee in accordance with 1-5-626(2), MCA: (a) for traveling to perform a notarial act; (b) for performing a notarial act using an electronic notarization system or communications technology; or (c) to recover the cost of providing a journal entry or audiovisual recording.
