6.6.1305 PROXY STATEMENTS--REVOCABILITY Each proxy statement shall state whether the person giving the proxy may revoke it. If the right of revocation before the proxy is exercised is limited or is subject to compliance with any formal procedure, the proxy statement shall describe the limitation or procedure.
