6.6.1401 APPLICABILITY (1) This sub-chapter applies to any solicitation made by a person or group for the purpose of opposing any solicitation which is subject to sub-chapter 13 of this chapter and which was made by any other person or group with respect to the election or removal of directors at any annual or special meeting of stockholders.
