6.6.1508 INSURER GROUPS AND MANAGING GENERAL AGENTS (1) Differing crop hail insurance rates or rating plans for affiliated insurance companies within a group or for different companies under the control of the same managing general agency shall not be permitted. (2) No exposure to loss under any crop insurance policy shall be retained by any entity other than the insurer and its reinsurer.
