6.6.2501 PURPOSE (1) The purpose of these rules is to implement the Montana Health Maintenance Organization Act to assure the availability, accessibility, and continuity of services provided by health maintenance organizations and to provide reasonable standards for terms and provisions contained in health maintenance organization contracts and evidences of coverage.
