8.104.212 ADOPTION OF POLICIES OR GUIDELINES (1) From time to time, the board may adopt policies or guidelines relating to its internal operations; to the preparation, content, review and implementation of impact plans; to the relationship between developers and local government units; or to other matters over which the board has administrative or quasi-judicial authority. These policies or guidelines, which will not have the force or effect of administrative rules, will be compiled and made available for public inspection at the board's office.
