           1. On July 9, 2021, the Department of Commerce published MAR Notice No. 8-111-188 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 815 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 13.

 

2. No comments or testimony were received.

 

3. The department has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.
