NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On October 8, 2021, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-965 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 1294 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 19.

 

2. The department has adopted the above-stated rule as proposed: New Rule I (37.2.103).

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

           4. The department intends to apply this rule adoption retroactively to October 30, 2021. A retroactive application of the proposed rule adoption does not result in a negative impact to any affected party.
