NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. Until April 11, 2022, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) will accept public comments regarding the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Montana State Plan Modifications.

            3. The State Plan is available for review at swib.mt.gov/program-information/state-plan.  Printed versions are available upon request.

 

            4.  After public comments are received, the department will consider and incorporate the comments into the final State Plan Modifications.

 

            5.  Concerned persons may submit their data, views, or arguments in writing to Wes Feist, Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 1728, Helena, MT 59604, or by e-mail to: wesley.feist@mt.gov, and must be received no later than April 11, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
